Alain Cordenier
Alain Cordenier, is member of the Executive Committee and Chief Risk Officer of ING Luxembourg s.a.. He is a seasoned commercial banker with strong background in business development and risk management. Through longstanding practice he gained expertise in all the risk areas that concern a bank, i.e. credit, operational, regulatory, compliance and market and liquidity risk. In Luxembourg he is also a board member of Investment Funds and a Management Company. Previously, he managed several leadership positions in different cross-cultural environments (Australia, Singapore, Belgium and Switzerland) and in different functional areas of the financial industry (Finance, Operations and IT). Alain’s purpose as a leader is raising questions to make balanced decisions that serve clients in the most sustainable way. Alain holds a BA Sc in Applied Economic Sciences, with a major in Econometrics from the Faculty of St-Ignatius at the University of Antwerp and an MBA with a major in Finance from the Vlerick Institute of the Catholic University of Leuven. He speaks fluent English, French, and Dutch.

Alain Picquet
Alain Picquet is acting as an independent director and consultant in the financial sector through his own firm “Bivouac Advisory sarl”. Over the years Alain has acquired a solid experience in strategic and operational matters, regulations, information technology, change management, HR, sourcing modes, risk management and finances in banks, asset managers and services companies. Previously, he has spent 28 years with KPMG first as an auditor in the banking and investment funds and after as a management consultant. He was promoted partner in 1996. He has developed the Advisory business in Luxembourg from a dozen of advisors in 1998 to 300 professionals by the end of 2014. Alain was member of the KPMG Luxembourg Executive Committee from 1998 to 2014. From 2009 onwards, he was also member of the Global Executive Team of KPMG in the Investment Management sector where he was in charge of coordinating worldwide advisory activities for Wealth Management. From 2015 to 2017, Alain has joined Lombard Odier Group and has acted as CEO of a Luxembourg regulated subsidiary aiming at delivering IT and Operations outsourcing services to third party banks. Alain holds a master in business administration and finances from HEC-Liège. He speaks fluent French and English.

Harry Nash
Harry Nash is a Director and Conducting Officer responsible for the day to day management and business oversight of Franklin Templeton International Services S.a r.l., a a UCITS and Alternative Fund Management Company as well as being a board member of Franklin’s Luxembourg domiciled holding company. Harry is also a Senior Vice President of Franklin Templeton's global investment operations and accounting division. Until recently he also led the Enterprise Bank Relationship Management team globally and previously has led the Fund Accounting and Reporting teams in Asia, India and Europe as well as the operations Quality Assurance and Risk group globally. He has over 25 years of operational and accounting experience in the Financial Services, Investment Management and Insurance industry and immediately prior to joining Franklin Templeton, he was responsible for Fund Accounting for JPMorgan Luxembourg; Fund Accounting and Transfer Agency for BNYMellon UK and accounting functions at Old Mutual and Lloyds TSB. Harry holds a B.Com in Accounting from Birmingham University and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (England & Wales).

Hugo Froment
Hugo is the Founding and Managing Partner of Endeavour I. Through his management company Hugo acts as an independent, non-executive director for top-tier Private Equity Houses, Hedge Funds and multinationals. He has a proven track record of working in different industries including, finance (direct lending, distressed debt), infrastructure, commercial real estate, retail, energy, media, telecommunication, pharmaceutical and Intellectual Property. Prior to setting up his company, Hugo worked over 10 years at Intertrust, the global leading trust and corporate services provider. He stepped down from his position in the Management team of Intertrust (Luxembourg) in 2016, one year after the successful IPO of the group on the Amsterdam stock exchange. He oversaw the operational teams (380 FTE’s). He was also ultimately responsible for the Regulated Fund activity as well as for the IFRS / consolidation and accounting departments. Hugo was a member of the Client Acceptance Committee. Prior to joining the Management Team Hugo held several team and key project management positions. Among others Hugo was responsible for the obtaining of the license as AIFMD depositary for non-financial assets. Hugo also led the termination of the offshore business. Hugo set up the North American departments in 2008, while also heading the Asian team at the time. During 10 years Hugo primarily spent his time focusing on the North American market, dealing with multinationals, Private Equity firms and institutional clients. He was part of the Group Key Clients Program as well as the Group IP desk. During that period, Hugo also served as a general manager and director in Luxembourg companies and funds for top ranked Private Equity houses, Multinationals, Pension Funds or State Owned Enterprises. Hugo was regularly involved in USD1+ billion acquisition, restructuring, (debt) refinancing. Among others Hugo was General Manager for AOL for 5 years. Hugo also acted as an executive member in the board of a stock-listed company, being a high specification jack-up drilling contractor. Hugo has over 15 years of experience in the legal and financial industry. Hugo has a broad experience in general management, legal, finance & financial analysis, M&A, IP rights management, regulatory reporting. He is also an experienced liquidator. Hugo holds a master degree and a postgraduate diploma in law from the University of Nancy, respectively Strasbourg. He speaks fluent French and English.

Jean-Michel Detournay
Jean-Michel Detournay is a self-employed independent director, who also provides financial management services in Luxembourg. Previously, Jean-Michel spent 32 years of his career within the Solvay Group, mostly in Corporate Finance. Among his last positions, he was Vice-President Finance for the Specialty Polymers Business of Solvay, Global Tax project manager and also Finance Director for the Holding and Finance companies of Solvay in Europe. He is still acting as an Executive Director for the Solvay companies in Luxembourg. After starting his career in Belgium, Jean-Michel was based during many years in Brazil and in the U.S. before landing in Luxembourg. Jean-Michel holds a Master in Business Engineering and an Executive Master in Tax Management from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management. He speaks fluent French, Portuguese and English.

Laurent Lassine
Active for more than 17 years in the Luxembourg financial sector, Laurent is both Managing Director of Belins Finance, an investment company active in Grand-duchy of Luxembourg since 1991 and Chief Executive Officer of Belfius Financing Company. This company is an issuer of funding debts instruments involving on the one hand, a short term programme hereinafter referred to as “Euro Commercial Paper” amounting to maximum EUR 10 billion and, on the other hand, a long term programme hereinafter referred to as “Notes Issuance Programme” amounting to maximum EUR 20 billion. Previously, he was Tax Coordinator in a captive management company, belonging to the same Group, for all tax matters concerning companies under management and especially in charge of the tax unit for the holding company of the Group. Laurent holds both a degree in accounting and in taxation and also a special tax degree from the Catholic’s University of Mons in Belgium.

Marc Saluzzi
French, 54 years old, graduated from the “ISG” (Institut Supérieur de Gestion) in Paris in 1986. Marc is also “Réviseur d’entreprises agréé”. He joined PwC Luxembourg in 1986, was admitted as an audit partner in 1996. He has more than 30 years of experience in the Asset Management Industry in Luxembourg and in the US. Between 2006 and 2010, Marc led the PwC Global Asset Management practice, a multi-billion business with more than 700 partners worldwide. Between 2001 and 2015, Marc was a member of the CSSF-OPC Committee, advising the Luxembourg fund regulator on laws and regulations impacting the fund industry in Luxembourg. Between 2011 and 2015, Marc was the Chairman of ALFI, the Luxembourg fund association. In June 2015, Marc retired from PwC Luxembourg. Since then, he has been appointed on the BoD of several fund management companies in Luxembourg, France and Switzerland.

Richard Russel
Richard Russell is an independent consultant specialising in Digital Innovation and Product Management. He has 20 years of digital experience, starting out as a software developer in Adelaide, Australia, moving to London to work in trading technology at Deutsche Bank, followed by senior product and business roles at Google. He left Google to found a mobile loyalty startup, then was hired as Chief Product Officer of an AIM-listed mobile retail startup. In 2014, he moved to Luxembourg to take a senior management position at Amazon, and delivered multi-language experiences on Amazon retail sites, among other projects. He now runs a boutique consultancy, Russell and Company Sarl-S, helping companies innovate, execute and scale with digital technologies.

Robert Spicer
Robert specializes in the globalization, growth, visibility and profitability of high technology companies. He has over 20 years of engineering, legal and senior executive experience and has helped organizations manage strategic change and capitalize on new market opportunities.
In his early career as an electronic and biomedical engineer, he developed advanced military, medical, and computing hardware and software solutions to solve complex problems. Later, Robert qualified as a lawyer in the United States and as a British solicitor certified to practice before both State and Federal courts. He founded a legal practice that focused on international commercial transactions for large and small technology companies. Robert has held senior executive positions within both small and large companies. He helped to develop a Silicon Valley start-up from inception through to an IPO on NASDAQ; and served as a senior executive for Europe’s leading start-up incubator, where he was a board member and managing director of its international business units. He gained his deep and broad understanding of the global wireless telecom market, technologies, and policy matters, through managing business strategy for a Fortune 500 mobile infrastructure company. He currently serves as a board member for various technology companies, and has advised many organizations and national governments on globalization, revenue diversification strategies and new market creation. Robert attended the University of London, Queen Mary College for his undergraduate study in Electronic Engineering, and the University of London, Imperial College for postgraduate study in Biomedical Engineering. He obtained his legal education and training in the United States and Great Britain.
Robert joined vyzVoice as CEO in 2013 and has led its transformation from a fledging industrial system company to a leading Industrial Internet solutions provider. vyzVoice now delivers integrated, end-to-end, data-driven decision making capabilities to global customers including Microsoft, Deutsche Telecom and Aviva Investors.

Yvonne Bernardino
Yvonne Bernardino has 24 years of professional experience predominantly in Life Insurance and Wealth Management in Portugal and Luxembourg. Started her career as HR Director on Automotive Industry (Bosch, Shade) ,having as last mission opening a new plant laboring 24 hours per day. In 1998 moved to Financial Services - BAT Group to develop commercial network specialized on retirements plans, progressing shortly to corporate tax optimization using Life Insurance solutions. Profiting a lack on the market and her passion for music, she co-created and co-held a distribution and event promotion music company, including a music magazine. After 19 years on the Financial Services in Portugal as Group Manager, Business Developer, Managing Director and Independent Financial Insurance Advisor and has been ranked nr 1 broker for several and consecutive years at AIG Life Portugal, returned to her country of origin– Luxembourg. Currently, she’s head of the Portuguese Market and Senior Wealth Manager at Fuchs Finance & Associés, providing services as Estate Planning, Wealth Management, Life Insurance, Private Equity, Alternative Investment, Family Office and ManCo services to private clients, corporate and institutional (B2B, B2C and B2B2C).
