Annemarie Arens
Annemarie Arens is starting a new career as non-executive independent director after having been the General Manager of the Luxembourg Finance Labelling Agency (LuxFLAG). She has a very broaden knowledge in sustainable finance relating to microfinance, environment, climate finance and ESG in addition to the wider financial industry.
Previously, Annemarie was employed over 18 years by RBC Investor Services Bank in Luxembourg in very senior positions such as Regional Head of Sales and Relationship, European Head of Client Service, Head of Business Integration and Head of Custody. In addition, she was a member of the local Executive Committee.
Annemarie also worked 6 years for Axa Insurance and 5 years for Berenberg Bank in Luxembourg. In addition she is a member of various Alfi working groups and an active speaker at international conferences.
She speaks fluently Luxembourgish, French, German and English. She also has oral working knowledge of Spanish.

Karim Valimamode
Karim Valimamode is the founder of ALAM CONSEIL specialised in international Financial transactions, selection of Investment Funds in Alternative investment, Real Estate transactions, and Impact Investment
He held the position of President of His Highness The Aga Khan Council for France, Belgium, Switzerland and Ivory Coast.
Developed strategies for the improvement of the quality of life in different areas such as Education, Health, Ultra poverty, Senior and Economic development.
Director of Allianz Alternative Asset Management for 14 years with 12 billions euros of assets in alternative strategies, he actively participated in the Investment Committee and the Executive Committee. He developed Sovereign funds clients and originated tier one banks taylor made and structured products.
(colateralised fund obligation , creation of large tax efficient certificate for German banks)
He previously held the position of the Head of Supranational and Central Bank business in fixed Income and Derivatives markets at Indosuez Carr Futures.
Karim Valimamode holds a master of Management in Finance and taxation from University Paris IX Dauphine. He speaks fluent French, English and 3 Indian dialects.
