Emilie Bruguière
Emilie Bruguière is Principal at LTCO - The Luxembourg Tax Compliance Office. She has more than 12 years of experience as a Luxembourg tax compliance consultant for a wide range of institutional investors in the real estate and private equity sectors. She manages the Luxembourg tax compliance aspects of a diversified portfolio of Luxembourg companies, dealing with complex tax issues.
Emilie holds a Master's degree in Corporate Law and Tax from the University of Aix Marseille III (France), "Magistère" in Business Law and is a Luxembourg Chartered Accountant registered with the Luxembourg Ordre des Experts-Comptables.
She speaks fluent French and English.

Luca Diener
Luca Diener a former Managing Director in the investment management industry acts as independent director and consultant for Asset Managers and Banking entities (Management Companies, Funds, dedicated group entities) with over 25 years of experience in the financial industry. Luca is an experienced Platform manager focusing on product strategy, structuring and management of investment solutions for traditional asset classes, liquid and illiquid alternative investments.
Before joining TRINOVA, Luca was heading up Product and Platform Management at Credit Suisse overlooking fund platforms and outsourced functions in Luxembourg, Switzerland, Guernsey, Ireland, Germany and Italy. He served as chair person or board member of Management Companies, fund boards and Audit and Risk Committee. Luca also set up the ETF product range and infrastructure for Credit Suisse.
Luca began his financial career from the Private Banking division of Credit Suisse, where he worked as a portfolio manager for large private banking clients. Luca holds a Master degree in Economics from the University of Zurich and is a Chartered European Financial Analyst. He is holder of the Certificate in Company Direction from the IOD.

Luc Dupont
Luc DUPONT is a Certified Corporate Director currently active as an Independent Director and Advisor in holding companies established in Luxembourg, operating in the Real Estate and Infrastructure sectors. His qualifications in Governance, Risk Management and Corporate Strategy are complemented by extensive international market experience in North America, Latin America, Asia and across key Emerging Markets. His experience in the financial sector also includes managing and expanding global operations, financial structuring of transactions, negotiations and partnership development.
Luc also has a passion for the fields of Energy, FinTech and Business Transformation, where he held different roles and served with distinction. As dedicated professional, his key differentiators include cross-cultural expertise that complements traditional analytics applied to various dimensions of risks and governance. Team player, disciplined, courageous and perseverant, he is an adamant believer in collaboration, accountability, communication, cross-generational dynamics and diversity.
Luc holds a Masters’ in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Ottawa. He is a graduate from the Directors Education Program (DEP) of the Institute of Corporate Directors in cooperation with the Desautels Faculty of Management at McGill University and the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. Luc is a recent member of the Institut Luxembourgeois des Administrateurs (ILA).
He is fluent in French, English and Spanish.

Ralf Schwarzer
Ralf Schwarzer is an efficient manager in the field of strategic and management with many years (two decades) of experience in Real Estate Management companies with highly developed structures, strong experience in setting up and implementing successful new organizational units and structures in different regulated Management companies. He has a huge experience in Change processes and the capability to connect people and to establish strong networks and long-lasting business relations with international partners. He is valued by the management for his straightforwardness and his distinctive solution orientation combined with his strategic and innovative focus, a strong implementation drive, hands-on mentality and absolute reliability.
Ralf developed and effectively implemented tax efficient strategies for real estate investments in different countries (>20) furthermore he developed and effectively implemented regulated new investment units, i.e. of the first SIIC (French REITs) by a German investor in France – “CeGeREAL SA”, the first MIT (Managed Investment Trust) in Australia by a German Open Ended Real Estate Fund, the first Irish QIAIF (Qualifying Investor Alternative Investment Fund) by a German Open Ended Real Estate Fund.

Hendrik Van Riel
Hendrik van Riel has 35 years’ experience in Asset Management and Investment Banking. Following a long international career with JPMorgan, Hendrik retired from his position as a Managing Director of JPMorgan Asset Management in 2001.
He has since served as a non-executive Chairman, Board Member and Investment Advisor to several major investment companies and was a founding Partner of Lentikia Cayman Management Ltd, the Investment Manager of Brocade Fund, a global macro hedge fund. He was previously also an Equity Partner and Board Member of Vestra Wealth LLP.
Hendrik is currently a Board Member and Advisor to d’Amico International, a Board Member of Hugo Fund Services, and independent Board Member of JPMorgan Asset Management, a partner and Board Member of Workinvoice Srl.
Hendrik holds a BSc in Economics from NY University and a MBA in Finance from NY University.
