Raymond holds a ‘Masters’ degree in Economics and a ‘Licence’ in Law from ULP Strasbourg. He has 29 years of experience in audit and consultancy of large (financial and non-financial) international groups as well as SME’s and public institutions, acquired with Arthur Andersen (1981-2002) and Ernst & Young (2002-2010) respectively – for whom he also served as COO, CFO and CEO in Luxembourg as well as CFO for CWEA (Continental Western Europe and Africa). He presently sits as independent director on the Board of following Companies/Groups: Banque Raiffeisen Luxembourg, CDCL S.A., Deveco Sàrl, Intesa SanPaolo International Holding S.A., Luxexpo S.A (chairman), Luxinnovation GIE (chairman), Minusines S.A., Pectus Investment S.A., Private Equity International S.A. and Snapswap International S.A. . He is an INSEAD (2011) and ILA (2012) Certified Director. Since 1 July 2015, Raymond is chairman of ILA. He also chairs the Arbitration Committee of the Arbitration Centre of the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce and is a vice-chairman of the ‘Sustainability Council’ set up by the Luxembourg Government. He is also committed to several philanthropic and societal organisations & projects.
DI LORENZO Italo
Italo di Lorenzo joined Clearstream International in Luxembourg in July 2000 working for the Corporate and the Regulatory Affairs Department. Before that, he worked for the European Commission posted in its external Delegations.
Italo di Lorenzo joined the Deutsche Börse Group’s Regulatory Strategy department in 2004. Currently heading Group-wide Regulatory Operations Area and acting as Brexit Readiness Project Manager from Luxembourg. Italo di Lorenzo is a lawyer and holds a Master’s in Business Economics.
