BURMAN Keith

Keith Burman is an independent director, working with ManagementPlus, a corporate governance firm providing independent directors and company domiciliation services to cross-border investment funds.

Keith focusses on Real Estate, Private Equity, Private Debt and Infrastructure Clients.

He is involved in various industry bodies (ALFI, ILA, RICS, LuxAfrica) and is a chartered Fellow of the RICS and an ILA Certified Director.

POWER Yann

Yann Power is Regulatory Expert at me business solutions (mebs). mebs provides professional governance solutions to management companies, alternative investment fund managers (AIFMs), UCITS, alternative investment funds (AIFs) and professionals of the financial sector (PSFs), as well as unregulated structures.

Yann is specialised in governance, compliance and regulatory matters impacting traditional and alternative asset management. He serves Luxembourg management companies, AIFMs and funds.

He is co-chairman of the ILA Alternatives Taskforce and of the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI)’s European Long-Term Investment Fund (ELTIF) Working group. He is a member of a number of industry working groups and of the Association of Luxembourg Compliance Officers (ALCO).

RABINOWICZ Michael

Michael is General Counsel at Mangrove Capital Partners, an early-stage venture capital firm. At Mangrove, he manages the firm’s legal affairs and is responsible for the structuring, negotiation and execution of investments and exits.

Michael has over 10 years of experience in advising on M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions. He is admitted as a Solicitor of the Superior Courts of England & Wales.

BELCHE Philippe

Philippe is an associate partner in EY’s advisory department with 10 years of experience in the Fund industry. He specializes in Alternative investment funds operations and regulatory matters. Prior to joining EY, Philippe specialized in fund structuring as a lawyer and worked with a Luxembourg depositary.

ALDINGER Adrian

Adrian Aldinger is a Partner in the Private Equity & Real Estate practice of Arendt & Medernach where he advises fund sponsors on all legal and regulatory aspects related to the structuring, formation, marketing and ongoing operation of alternative investment funds with a particular focus on real estate, private equity, debt and venture capital funds.

Further areas of expertise include primary and secondary fund investments, fund governance and compliance, separately managed accounts, joint ventures as well as carried interest and co-investment arrangements.

He studied law in Erlangen and Berlin and holds the German first (2007) and second (2009) state exam in law. He is admitted to the bars of Berlin (Germany) and Luxembourg.

He is founding member and vice chairman of the German-Luxembourg Lawyers’ Association.

DUSEMON Gilles

Gilles Dusemon is a Partner in the Private Equity & Real Estate practice of Arendt & Medernach and a member of the firm’s strategy board. He specialises in the formation of alternative investment funds (AIF). He is qualified in corporate and tax law matters with a special interest in private equity, real estate and debt funds in particular and related acquisition structures.

He has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 1997.

Gilles Dusemon is actively involved with the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI). He serves as co-chairman of ALFI's Private Equity and Venture Capital Working Group. He is also a founding member of LPEA, the Luxembourg Private Equity and Venture Capital Association, and is sitting on its Executive Board.
